Employment Law
Mississippi is a right to work state. This means that you may generally be fired for any reason or no reason.

What is an NFA Trust? An NFA Trust is another route you can take to own NFA regulated weapons or suppressors which can greatly simplify the ownership process.
Trustees of the trust can own and/or possess the NFA regulated items in the trust, and importantly, an NFA Trust does not require you to be at the mercy of the CLEO, who may refuse to sign off on your form even if they have no reason other than being anti-gun. Stephen D. Stamboulieh is a native of Houston, Texas. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002 in Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in Chancery, Circuit and the federal courts in Mississippi and in other federal courts across the country. His practice has focused on firearms law, employment law and corporate law.
